My name is Philip. I am a born and raised native to the awesome state we live in. I love all that this area has to offer from camping, hiking, dirt biking in the summer, to snowboarding and snowmobiling when the snow flies. Along with my deep connections through the North Idaho real estate community, I am also very involved in my church community. From farmland to city life, I love sharing with others what North Idaho has to offer. The way of it is this: you search high and low for good representation, so you can find the right property, and then be seamlessly guided through the process of coming to an agreement and making the purchase. Once that process is over, both parties go their separate ways, that’s it.
